Q2: How can I know your price?
A: The price is based on the buyer's specific requirements. Please provide the following information to help us quote an accurate price for you.
1) Shop drawing/window schedule showing the window dimensions, quantity, and type.
2) Frame Color.
3)Type of glass and thickness (single, double, laminated, etc.) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, etc.).
Q3. Do you provide samples? Are they free or extra?
A:Sure. We are pleased to provide customized samples. A sample cost is required, but this cost will be refunded when you place an order.
Q4:What is your lead time?
A:It depends on the order quantity and the season. Usually, we can ship within 7-15 days for small quantities and around 30 days for larger quantities.
Q5: What are your payment terms?
A: 50% T/T deposit before production, and the remaining 50% T/T balance should be paid before shipping. For PI amounts less than 5000 USD, 100% payment in advance is required.
Q6: What is your warranty? What should we do in case of problems?
A: We provide a 10-year quality warranty, covering frame non-fading and non-peeling, and proper functioning of hardware and accessories under correct operation. In case of any quality issues, we will provide replacements via international courier. Immediate delivery for in-stock replacement parts; otherwise, delivery time depends on material ordering, typically 10-15 days.
